Turn right onto Hwy 20 NORTH. Continue for 1.5km and turn right(north) onto Hwy771. Travel on hwy771 for approx 15km (you will pass Golf course), then turn right (east) onto Township Road 422 (there is a sign that says PARKLAND BEACH). Follow this road through Parkland Beach community to the marina. This is where you will enter the lake.

Directions from Rimbey: South on hwy20 for 3-5kms, turn left (east) onto TWP Rd 422 and travel for approx 10kms (you will cross hwy 771) and continue on through Parkland Beach community right onto ice through marina.

So of course, with our series cancelled, we didn't think this would materialize. But with the thickening of the ice up at Gull, we are planning on a mock, for fun race.

The film crew initially called Siggi from South Africa...holy cow, and are actually from California. Their flights and hotels are booked and now we need all of you to help put on a show and BE IN THE MOVIES!!!

They are working on a sequel to the movie. Can you make it!! We're not charging for anything of course, other than if everyone can throw in a small donation to the Baumann's for plowing and a port-o-pottie. Alex will be out on Saturday building the track. So gather your friends and come on out for the day!
